types are foam and fiber. Which you choose is a matter of personal
preference.
Foam pillows feature a support lobe for targeted cervical support, which
is best if you sleep on your back. For additional support, choose a foam
pillow with a core in the lobe. If you tend to sleep on your side, fiber
pillows offer better support. Fiber pillows also look and feel more like
